Customer Support

At CBD we take Customer service very seriously.

Using Milton Keynes as the hub, CBD engineers support satellite systems and paging systems worldwide. Each system, once installed must be kept operational 24 hours a day, every day.

CBD's role is to provide second line support for our customers, to provide training materials and on-the-spot training of personnel. The service department also undertakes installation and commissioning.

As an example of our support activity, we provide an advance replacement service for over 14,000 installed units in one of Europe's major paging operations. 

With this service we send a replacement unit on 'next day' delivery to anywhere in the UK. The defective unit is retuned to our workshop for repair and then placed in a 'pool' ready for the next request. 

We can provide extensive reporting, where monthly status reports, showing units returned, repairs undertaken, etc. can be tailored to your requirements.
